Begin the New Year with a new mindset. Euroa and Cobram Libraries are offering you the opportunity to learn meditation in a free session hosted by Gen Kelsang Dornying.

The session is suited to beginners and the curious alike, but all are welcome. Chairs will be used throughout the session so it is accessible to people regardless of mobility. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an experienced and accomplished facilitator and the ideal way for you to begin your meditation journey.

Learn about meditation in a friendly, comfortable environment with an experienced practitioner and teacher.

This session is suitable for all. Beginners and the curious are welcome. Chairs will be used during the session so those with physical limitations need not be concerned about their ability to participate.

All are welcome.
