Respect and Resilience: creating community cohesion and reducing violence

You are warmly invited to join a community conversation towards preventing violence in Greater Shepparton. With our community taking measures to promote non-violence, we will be creating a safe and supportive place for everyone.

Presented by Women’s Health Goulburn North East and Australian Resilience Centre, the FREE workshops will cover:

  • Understanding the types, tactics and drivers of violence
  • Dynamics of reducing and preventing violence
  • Resources and best practice for early intervention
  • Enhance empathy, transparency, trust and resilience across the community
  • Strengthen whole-of-community engagement within a sustainable model for the reduction and prevention of violence

Bookings are essential as places are limited. Registrations will be limited to a maximum of two people per organisation to ensure more community groups have the opportunity to participate.
