Perceptions of Mary in Christianity, Judaism and Islam

International speaker Judith Dupre will visit Melbourne for a series of events in March. Among these lectures is one that may be of interest to those involved in Interfaith dialogue – “Perceptions of Mary in Christianity, Judaism and Islam”.


JUDITH DUPRÉ (USA) is passionate about the built environment, effortlessly bridging the gap between art and faith. She is a New York Times bestselling author of books such as Churches ; Skyscrapers ; and the widely acclaimed Full of Grace: Encountering Mary in Faith, Art, and Life. Dupré received degrees in English and Studio Art from Brown University, and later studied at the Open Atelier of Design and Architecture in lower Manhattan. A Fellow of Yale College, she holds a Master of Divinity from Yale University. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards and fellowships, including grants from Yale, New York State Council on the Arts, and the National Endowment for the Humanities. She teaches at Yale and other universities. Judith is a New York Times bestselling author.
