The Bendigo InterFaith Council and Daybreak Centre of Spirituality invite you to Spirituality by the Lake, An Interfaith Experience of Seeking Peace in Troubled Times.
Readings from different faith traditions on the theme of “peace” will lead participants into an exploration of how we might find peace in troubled times.
Facilitators will include Jenny Greblo (guided meditation), music therapist Astrid Notarangelo and artist Jenny Feiss.
There will be an opportunity to walk a labyrinth, a walking meditation which quietens the mind, opens the heart and grounds the body.
Experience music, art, readings and reflection.
Activities will suit all ages. All are welcome. Free entry – no booking required.
