The William Cooper Legacy project will be hosting an event at the William Cooper Justice Centre – a unique afternoon of networking, storytelling and untold-history
Right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and the legal district, stands the William Cooper Justice Centre, home to VCAT and various courthouses and tribunals.
In a special, one-off event, come along for 90 minutes of music and nibbles, and to hear William Cooper’s grandson, Uncle Boydie and a host of others explore the stories of the brave fighter who stood up for injustices near and far, whose name lives on in this modern building.
Don’t miss your chance to hear why the Victorian Government honoured William Cooper in this distinctive way.
Joining us will be:
- The Hon Justice Mordy Bromberg, Federal Court Judge
- Uncle Boydie, William Cooper’s grandson
- Michael Pearce SC, Honorary Consul of Germany
